2016 Courses :)

We are absolutely delighted to be running our courses again! Below you will find all the details you should need before booking your children on the camp, including a little bit about how our courses work, all the course dates, a sample programme and details of both pricing and how to book.

I look forward to hearing from you!

How our courses work:

Our courses are intensive, but fun, language immersion classes that run over a period of two weeks in the Summer. Your child comes to us, at Sam's House, in Bratton Fleming, for 3 hours each day, over a period of 3 days. Parents are welcome to stay or go; all Hola tutors are fully DBS checked, but we welcome parents to come and watch their children and the classes should they wish!

We believe in making our courses varied, fun and engaging. Every hour, the children will change activities and have a short break in order to re-engage them for the next hour. All our teaching is done through games, props, acting, visual and physical aids; your children will sing, act, play, shout and even cook in the foreign language while they are with us!

A Happy announcement!

This year, all our courses are run in conjunction with Two Tarts Cookery School. On one day of the camp, we will be cooking in the foreign language, making food for lunch, insired by the language! So our KS1 and KS2 students will be making Mexican food, while our KS3 children will be learning some classic German recipes...

How to Book:

This year, we are doing things a bit differently. We would really love groups of friends to be on the course. This is because we have found children get much more from the course when they do it with friends, and we can run better activities with higher numbers! So we have priced the courses accordingly-details in our pricing section. Remember, the more people you book, the lower the price, and if you organise a group of 6 or more children, your child goes free! To book, contact Sam (details on the right!)
